Facilities will be provided for dealers for hiring booths for sale of philatelic material at the venue of ‘STAMPMANIA 2009’, the First National One Frame Philatelic Exhibition. This will enable the philatelists and the general public to buy stamps and other philatelic material. Following are the terms and conditions for hiring dealers’ booths.

:: Terms & Conditions for Dealers’ Booths ::

1. There will be Five different types of booths and each booth will include an area as mentioned in Sr. No. 2 with one signage and appropriate lighting arrangement. Other amenities will be provided as per Sr. No. 2.

3. One regular size Cupboard will be provided in booths of type D and E. In booths of type A, B, and C cupboard may be provided at Extra Cost. For more details about charges of Cupboard please contact us.

4. All booths are provided in the Exhibition Hall itself as shown in the Layout Plan.

5. The assignment of space will be made in good faith, but the organizers reserves the right to change floor plan(s) if found necessary.

6. The Organizers will supply 24-hour security during the exhibition, but the Organizers shall not be held responsible for a loss of any kind.

7. The dealer has to maintain a professional sales person at the booth space dur¬ing all hours the exhibition is open.

Exhibition hours will be:

18.12.2009 (FRIDAY) 10.00 AM TO 6.00 PM
19.12.2009 (SATURDAY) 10.00 AM TO 6.00 PM
20.12.2009 (SUNDAY) 10.00 AM TO 4.30 PM

8. Dealer activities would be limited to the purchase, sale, and trade of only philatelic and numismatic material. Trading of antique material will not be allowed in dealers’ booths.

9. Dealers shall insure their own stock

10. The dealer has to file a police report in the event of any theft.

11. Allotment of booths shall be the exclusive privilege of the Organizing committee and Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis as per availability of booth.

12. No refund will be granted in case of Natural Calamities or unforeseen circumstances where exhibition is postponed or cancelled.

Payment:

Forms must accompany the payment. Payment may be remitted by Cash/AT PAR Cheques or Bank Draft in favour of “BARODA PHILATELIC SOCIETY”. Out Station Cheques are not accepted. Payment can be deposited in any branch of BANK OF BARODA, A/c No. 01900100006809 (Branch Name: Khanderao Market, Vadodara {IFSC Code: BARB0KHANDE}, {MICR Code: 390012007}) in name of “BARODA PHILATELIC SOCIETY”. Details of the cheque/cash deposited in the bank may be mentioned in the form.
